Voyagers: Entering 2nd Trip
The Voyager queue for 2nd Trip will open at 11:30 AM ET / 3:30 PM UTC on March 25, 2023, via the 2nd Trip link that will be tweeted out from our official Twitter account (@OthersideMeta). A Voyager’s place in the queue is based on when they click LAUNCH on the site. Voyagers are prioritized over guests for entry to 2nd Trip, and will be transported in batches from the queue to the Infinity Space until regional server capacity is reached. Once 2nd Trip begins, any Voyagers who were unable to join will be redirected to the livestream. No additional Voyagers will be able to get into 2nd Trip once the event has begun, so don’t be late.
Having an Otherdeed does not guarantee entrance to participate in 2nd Trip. Capacity will be limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis entering the queue (based on regional capacity).
A wallet associated with an Otherdeed can only join 2nd Trip once. This means that if another Voyager joins 2nd Trip using a wallet that has already joined the experience (or a delegated wallet that is associated with an Otherdeed that has already joined the experience), the first wallet connection will be disconnected and lose their spot in the queue.
Please note all Voyagers who have successfully joined will have their spot held for 5 minutes if they disconnect during the event. After 5 minutes, they will no longer be able to reconnect to 2nd Trip and can only participate by watching the livestream.
Guest Pass Codes:
Guest pass code generation will begin at 11:30 AM ET / 3:30 PM UTC on March 24, 2023. Once you have connected your wallet with your Otherdeed to the 2nd Trip link, Voyagers will be able to generate (1) unique 16-digit guest pass code per wallet connecting into 2nd Trip. Each generated code can only be redeemed ONE TIME. Its recommended that holders use a Desktop when generating their Guest pass code.
Guests can redeem their code starting at 11:30 AM ET / 3:30 PM UTC on March 24, 2023. Guests must connect with a wallet and once a code is redeemed, only that wallet will be able to access 2nd Trip using that code. Guest access is non-transferable.
Guest Passes: Entering 2nd Trip
The guest queue will open at 11:30 AM ET / 3:30 PM UTC on March 25, 2023. Guests will need to connect with the same wallet they used for their code redemption. Clicking LAUNCH during this time will place guests in a queue based on the order that they join. The queue will be first-come, first-served, so arriving promptly at opening will put a guest closer to the front of the line. At the start of the event, any available capacity will be used to let in guests, starting from the top of the queue, until regional server capacity is reached. All guests granted access will be transported to the Infinity Space. Guests who are not transported into the Infinity Space will still be able to view the official livestream on the website.
Having a guest pass does not guarantee entrance to participate in 2nd Trip. Capacity will be limited, based on the number of Voyagers who join and regional server availability.
Please note that all guests who have successfully joined will have their spot held for 5 minutes if they disconnect during the event. After 5 minutes, the guest will no longer be able to reconnect to 2nd Trip and can only participate by watching the livestream.
Guests MUST have their own wallet to connect to the experience, agree to the Terms of Service, and redeem the 16-digit guest pass code.
If you are a Voyager inviting a guest, go to the 2nd Trip website and connect your wallet. It may take some time for the site to verify your Otherdeed, please make sure to keep your tab open while waiting. Once verified, you will see an “Invite Guest” button in the upper right hand corner.
A unique code will be generated for you to share with your guest.
For guests – Once you access the 2nd Trip website and connect your wallet, click on “Redeem Invite Code” in the center of the page.
Guests will then be able to enter the code and click CLAIM. Once claimed, Guests can click LAUNCH starting at 11:30 AM EDT / 3:30 PM UTC on 03/25/2023.
Voyager PFPs
Voyager avatars have been upgraded for 2nd Trip. Participants can press backspace to cycle through each of the new Voyagers avatars, press i to customize the strata (color pattern), and will also have an opportunity to add an NFT PFP for their Voyager’s face. Voyagers can expect to see their Apes, Meebs, Cryptopunks, and Otherdeeds as assets available to display as their PFP within their Voyager. This will be done through the menu once Voyagers are in the Infinity Space. Support has also been added for collections outside the Yuga ecosystem including: Azuki, Chimpers, Cool Cats, CrypToadz, Deadfellaz, Forgotten Runes Wizards Cult, Forgotten Souls, Moonbirds, Nouns, Pudgy Penguins, Renga, Wolf Game, World of Women, and World of Women Galaxy. Here’s a sneak peak of what PFP Garga will be rocking during 2nd Trip, his beloved Cheetah.

GM Voyagers! We’re providing some informational updates for 2nd Trip including time & an updated FAQ page.
Start Time:
2nd Trip will begin at 12 PM EDT (4:00 PM UTC). A link will be provided in a future blog update. Please note that some regions will be adjusting clocks for Daylight Savings Time the night of 2nd Trip, so please be aware about how this may impact you.

BLOG RELEASE PART 1
Wen 2nd Trip
2nd Trip will take place on Saturday March 25, 2023 12 PM EDT (4:00 PM UTC). Voyagers will be able to enter the experience 30 minutes prior to the start of 2nd Trip.
Accessing 2nd Trip
Voyagers holding Otherdeeds will have the opportunity to attend 2nd Trip, provided that they arrive at the experience on time and before the main story begins. Voyagers will also have the ability to invite a guest to 2nd Trip. We’ll provide more details on how the guest pass invitations will work prior to the start of the 2nd Trip. Once 2nd Trip reaches capacity, Voyagers will no longer be able to join the experience. Voyagers will have priority access over guest passes entering into the experience.
Logging into 2nd Trip will be the same process as First Trip. We’ll provide the link here the day of the 2nd Trip. Please be sure to always be using OFFICIAL LINKS that can be found on the news.yuga.com website and cross posted in our brand channels. Beware there may be some phishing / scam links out there, so it’s best to join straight from the link provided in this blog post when it’s posted on March 25th.
First Trip Obelisk Piece
As communicated on Twitter and by the Community Team, Voyagers who attend 2nd Trip WILL be eligible to earn the FIRST TRIP Obelisk Piece. All Otherdeeds held in the connecting wallet will receive this metadata update. If you received the FIRST TRIP Obelisk piece on your Otherdeed already, there will be no change in metadata. We will continue to support Voyagers in their journey by allowing Voyagers to obtain their FIRST TRIP Obelisk piece for future activations beyond 2nd Trip. Obelisk pieces can be viewed following the event at Otherside.xyz/my-otherdeeds.
We’ll have four Team Captains joining us for 2nd Trip. We’ll release a separate blog introducing each Team Captain and what they’ll be helping with later in the month.

- Your MacOS must be 10.11 or higher.

Supported Regions
We are expanding the playable region list from First Trip, allowing more Voyagers from around the globe to participate in the event. A full list of supported regions will be provided later in a future blog update.
Warm.xyz Integration
Warm.xyz delegation will be supported for the 2nd Trip. All Otherdeeds held in the cold storage wallet delegated to the hot wallet connecting to the experience will be eligible for credit as attending the 2nd Trip.
