BAYC x NTS Radio: Miami Art Week Wrap Party
We’re headed to Miami to celebrate Art Basel, and we’re throwing a party to wrap the week. Drinks on Gordo and Garga. Fingers crossed for a dance floor appearance.
Helping us make it happen is NTS Radio, a global radio platform that’s been handing the mic to niche music scenes since 2011. Today, NTS broadcasts music from over 70 cities around the globe, live 24/7, to 3+ million monthly listeners. Built by music lovers, for music lovers, half of their tracks aren’t on Spotify or Apple Music — discovering and supporting talent is what NTS does best, and that means we get to bring incredible performers to this event.
Wen: December 3rd — doors at 9pm, ends when we all fall over or they kick us out at 3am, whichever comes first.
Where: BLK Wynwood 2060 NW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33127
What: Chill vibes, great music, a chance to hang with other apes. Drinks on us. Food available for purchase. DJ and live performances by BAMBII, Black Noi$e, Crystallmess, Dean Blunt, Denzel Curry, Flying Lotus, Mia Carucci, Moodymann, PinkPantheress, and Yaeji.
How: Ticketing will be powered by tokenproof with BAYC/MAYC members and their +1s getting priority access. All available tickets have been claimed. BAYC/MAYC members can now claim waitlist tickets directly from https://tokenproof.xyz/ticketing/bayc-x-nts that will be converted to confirmed in batches as members cancel.
Giving Back: On Nov. 23rd we announced that Yuga, alongside the amazing team at NTS Radio, will be donating $150K to support the expansion of access to music programs and education for the youth of Miami.
The funds will be donated to Music Access Miami, an organization that believes, as we do, that at the core of healthy communities and thriving young people lies access to consistent forms of self-expression, access to the arts, and access to music education. We are so excited to be working with NTS Radio, a cultural institution that shares our values of supporting artists and community at every turn.In addition to the initial pledge, we will also match every dollar spent on Bored & Hungry food at our Miami Art Week party so the community has a chance to give back too. This is the second installment of Yuga’s $1 million commitment to support arts and education initiatives in Miami. Press release here for full details.
A gasless signature will be required to claim your ticket. You should only claim a ticket if you plan to be in Miami on December 3rd. There are a limited number of tickets available.
Ticket holders are guaranteed entry into the event if they arrive within the first two hours, 9-11pm. The general public will be allowed into the event on a first come, first serve basis.
This blog will be continuously updated as information rolls out. Keep your eyes peeled for more tweets directing here soon.
New to tokenproof?
The tokenproof app is the only way to get tickets for and to enter our Miami Art Week wrap party. To download the app safely from the AppStore or Google Play, use these direct links.
Next, enroll in tokenproof at http://tokenproof.xyz/enrollment with the wallet holding your BAYC/MAYC. This allows tokenproof to verify that your wallet holds a BAYC or MAYC token. There are no transaction or gas fees, and you are not giving anyone permission to make transactions.
Heads up, you won’t need to connect your wallet during Miami Art Week but you DO need to have your BAYC/MAYC token in the wallet that you use for tokenproof enrollment. Moving it out of the wallet will invalidate it for ticketing.
